Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods:  UPS Ground Charges are calculated on-line.  For any other shipping method, please call (888) 883-0107 for availability and costs.  All shipping costs calculated on-line are estimated.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  All non-US orders must be custom quoted.  Email Part #'s and quantities for a quote.

Equipment may not be returned for warranty or credit without our authorization number clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping carton.   Authorization numbers are available from the main office by calling (888) 883-0107.  Any returned equipment which is to be credited against your account must be returned in like new condition.  Returns of stock items will not be accepted after 21 days after receiving your product. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for non-defective returns to be credited to your account.  Custom made displays are non-returnable.  Freight collect returns will not be accepted. The item may be shipped back to a warehouse or offsite facility so be sure to inquire about the address and how to ship it back to us.

Damages that have been sustained during shipping must be taken up with that carrier. We can quote the cost to repair the Case to you so you may submit a claim with your shipper. 

A 25% restocking fee will be assessed for all non-defective items. Items must be returned in like-new condition in the original packaging. Original shipping charges will not be refunded or credited to your account for returned items. Freight collect returns will not be accepted. We do not accept returns after 21 days of purchase unless approved by management.

Many of the products we offer are customized to your specifications. All items that are custom made will be signed off on by the customer prior to manufacturing via e-proof or faxed drawings with specifications on size, color, etc. This sign off is your authorization for us to proceed in the manufacturing of your product. Custom made cases and displays, or printed graphics are non-returnable.

Product Warrantees:

All of our products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects only. Please call us at (888) 883-0107 to discuss the warrantee for your specific case.

If you receive a Case that is either faulty or damaged you must call the main office immediately.  We will either arrange to replace or repair the Case.  You must call us within 24 Hours from delivery of a case/s. New World Case, Inc. may require that you send a digital photo of the damage as proof that the product is not acceptable. We send over drawings for approval for custom made cases for your approval before we start.  We DO NOT Warrantee your items or equipment that is shipped in any case/s made by New World case, Inc. How cases are handled during shipment and transit, or how they are actually shipped, is not the responsibility of New World Case, Inc. We do not guarantee any particular case design or suitability for any product in any case we make.  We have no way of knowing or testing what stresses can be sustained on equipment which is manufactured by others, owned by others, and transported by others.

Custom made cases Made in the USA, are constructed from the finest materials. We guarantee that every Custom Case will be free of defects in construction, workmanship, and materials for one full year. We will replace or repair, as appropriate, any case found to be defective during this period of time.  We are unable to honor any other warranty, obligation, or liability. By purchasing from New World Case, Inc you agree to the above statements.

ZARGES warrants only that the Products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after the date of delivery (the "Warranty Period"). If within the applicable Warranty Period, (i) the purchaser discovers any defects in the materials or workmanship of this Product and (ii) notifies ZARGES in writing of such defects, and returns the defective Product to ZARGES; ZARGES shall repair or replace the defective Product, or, at ZARGES sole option, refund the purchase price for the defective Product.
This warranty shall not apply to any of the following: (a) Products that have been repaired or altered by anyone other than ZARGES approved personnel; (b) Products that have been damaged by negligence or accident or by other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ZARGES; or (c) Products that have been incorrectly assembled by Buyer or improperly used or maintained, or that have been subjected to abnormal conditions of use or maintenance not in conformity with ZARGES written instructions concerning assembly, use and maintenance. In no case whatsoever, including justified warranty claims is the Buyer entitled to retain payments due, except upon the written consent of ZARGES with respect to undisputed claims. No claims for warranty will be processed if received after the Warranty Period.
Return of ZARGES Products: Due to the custom nature of these products, ZARGES cases are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy does not apply to warranty issues as cited above.
